Ingredients
| JOYQUICK NOIR ECUADOR | g 1800 |
| water | g 1350 |
| milk 3.5% fat | g 1000 |
Preparation
Mix JOYQUICK NOIR ECUADOR, water and milk using a whisk or mixing with a hand blender until the chocolate is completely melted.
Put in the batch freezer.
Decorate using Dobla decorations.
