Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer equipped with paddle attachment at medium speed for 2 minutes.

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer equipped with paddle attachment at medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
Cut out some disks, 3-4 cm in diameter. Place the disks between two baking sheets and chill in the refrigerator for two hours
