Ingredients

| eggs | g 350 |
| water | g 200-250 |
| vegetable oil | g 300 |
| PEPITA FONDENTE 1100 | g 100 |
| JOYPASTE VANIGLIA MADAGASCAR/BOURBON | g 15 |
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except for PEPITE FONDENTI, in a planetary mixer at medium speed for 4-5 minutes.
At the end, combine PEPITE FONDENTI to the batter.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with the batter.
Bake at 180-200°C for about 25 minutes.
