Ingredients

IRCA GENOISE g 1.000
eggs g 600
unsalted butter 82% fat g 400

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a planetary mixer for 8-10 minutes, pour the obtained mixture into the proper greased and floured moulds then bake at 170-190°C for about 40 minutes.

LILLY NEUTRO g 200
PASTA AROMATIZZANTE FRAGOLA g 90-100
