Preparation

Fill up the DOBLA TRUFFLE SHELL WHITE with the mint filling.
Close the shell with tempered SINFONIA CIOCCOLATO BIANCO 34% and let crystallize.
Dip into tempered SINFONIA CIOCCOLATO BIANCO 34%.
Decorate with DOBLA CURLS GREEN and let crystallize.
