FRUIT POPSICLES DOUBLE FLAVOUR

Choose the combination of flavours for the insert and the exterior, for example strawberry (JOYQUICK STRAWBERRY) combined with lemon (JOYQUICK LEMON).

Preparation of the mixtures:

Mix JOYQUICK with water, mix with hand blender and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.

Prepare the strawberry insert by pouring the mixture in suitable moulds for inserts, insert the stick and put in a blast chiller until complete hardening. Unmould, pour the lemon mixture in a suitable mould filling itby two thirds, then place the frozen strawberry insert. Put again in the blast chiller until complete hardening, then unmould.
