Ingredients

| lukewarm water | g 3.750 |
Preparation
Mix JOYQUICK with the water, mix with hand blender and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into the moulds, put them into a blast-freezer until the mix is completely hardened, then unmold.
