SLUSH IN A TRAY (JOYBASE GELATOGEL and JOYPASTE)

Mix all the ingredients and put in a batch freezer, until a very smooth consistency is obtained. Pour the slush in a tray and place it in the ice-cream window (-12°C). Mix from time to time.
